Monday – Friday: 10am to 3pm

Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed

Turn Around

Most work received will be completed for same day collection.

Large orders and special deadlines can be arranged – please call us to discuss any special requirements.

Business Cards are usually 24-48hr turn around depending on finishing options and up to 7 business days for offset printing.

Please note that we are unable to arrange collections or deliveries after 4pm unless prior arrangements have been made.

GST

All prices are subject to the current rate of GST (10%)

Copyright

Copyright laws MUST be adhered to at all times. Deluxe Colour & Digital Printing reserves the right to refuse service to customers whose requests infringe on the copyright of another party. The Reserve Bank of Australia regulations forbids the copying or reproduction of banknotes, legal tender, security passes, cheques & passports.

Conditions of Sale

Any originals left with the company will be handled with extreme care; however, no responsibility will be taken for its loss or damage.

Large Jobs & Quoting

If you have a high-volume job, our sales team is more than happy to quote prior to commencement of work.

Jobs & Deliveries

Please always supply your name and contact number with each job submitted in case we need to contact you. If applicable, it is also requested that you supply any company details required for billing purposes, ie. Company name, contact, phone &/or email and relevant delivery address.

To ensure your order is completed within your required timeframe, please also advise of your specific deadline as “ASAP” and “Urgent” do not help us deliver to your needs and can cause unwanted delays with your order. All jobs will be handled in order of receipt and specified due date/time.

Security

At Deluxe Colour & Digital Printing, complete security and confidentiality are guaranteed, from the door of your premises to us and back to you. With our personal courier and secure document destruction services, all wastage is disposed of promptly.
